About Me

I currently reside in Surprise, AZ and my wife and I just had our first child on February 8, 2014!!! I was born in Logan, Utah-that’s where I got my name (my Dad was a hippie and named me after the road sign he saw outside of a diner). I moved to Phoenix when I was 5 years old-both my Mom and Dad were born and raised in West Phoenix and I attended the same elementary school they attended with the same school nurse. I grew up in Glendale, AZ and graduated from Apollo High School while playing baseball, golf, and wrestling. I then attended Northern Arizona University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management-with an emphasis in Finance and Economics. In the Spring Semester of 2002, I attended an International College of Business program in Groningen, Netherlands. I lived in a student house with 52 students from 30+ different countries. During my semester, I traveled to 7 European Countries and learned and enjoyed many different cultures.

I have been an entrepreneur since I was 6 years old when I started my own lawn service. I borrowed $150 from my Great Grandfather, and had the loan repaid in full in less than 1 month in business. I worked my way through High School and College in many Sales and Managerial positions. I started my first job out of college as a loan officer for a small local mortgage bank. We were then acquired by The Sallie Mae Corporation-A Fortune 200 Company at the time. I accelerated my way up the corporate ladder and was quickly promoted to Director of Sales. I was in charge of hiring, firing, growing and mentoring a team of 40+ loan officers. During this time, I also purchased an Italian restaurant in Glendale, AZ. I owned and operated the business for 7 months, and sold it for a 3x profit. I have also been involved in many other successful business endeavors.

Since 2009, I have been a real estate agent with RE/MAX Renaissance. I am currently the Team Leader and Mentor of the Logan Hall Homes Team. I thoroughly enjoy helping people with the single largest purchase most people will make in their life. I take immense pride, diligence, and care to provide my clients with the best possible service and expertise. I have been awarded Agent of the Month 4 times in the last 3 years and was the #2 producer in 2013.

I am currently in the process of launching my own motivational radio show “LIFENESS-It’s Life-It’s Business” with Dave Pratt starting April 2014. The “mantra” of my show is to “Help make U. S. Better”. I will be interviewing local community leaders, small business owners, and people of influence to ask them to share their “wins & losses” they’ve encountered along their personal and business endeavors to get to the success level they have achieved.

The ultimate idea of the show is to help empower people to make a positive change in themselves, and thus positively impacting their surrounding environment.

My ULTIMATE GOAL IN LIFE is to become a motivational speaker to help people better themselves and our communities. My radio show will provide me with an incredible platform to start chasing my lifelong goal.
